Location: Westerville, OH
Hours: M-TH 8-5 (Huddle at 7:45)
Duties
Assist dentist during procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques, ensuring efficiency and comfort for patients
Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments, materials, and supplies, maintaining aseptic techniques at all times
Take dental X-rays, including 3D scans, ensuring proper positioning and safety protocols in line with HIPAA regulations
Manage patient records using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems ensuring accuracy and confidentiality - we use Curve
Monitor vital signs and medical histories of patients to support comprehensive care
Support infection control protocols by sterilizing instruments and maintaining a clean clinical environment
Educate patients on dental terminology, procedures, and post-treatment care to foster understanding and trust
Assist with medical/dental documentation and coding related to dental procedures for accurate record-keeping
Support the dental team with administrative duties including scheduling appointments as needed
Pay: $18.00 - $29.00 per hour
