You are the face, voice, and heartbeat of our practice. This is not a traditional medical receptionist role. You will orchestrate a "white-glove" journey from the moment a guest walks through our doors.Key Responsibilities
Curate the Experience: Greet guests warmly, escort them through the spa, and provide luxury amenities.
Exceed Expectations: Anticipate patient needs to deliver a seamless, memorable, and personalized visit.
Clinical Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with dental technicians and doctors to transition guests smoothly.
Master the Schedule: Utilize sharp time management to keep appointments running perfectly on track.
Administrative Excellence: Handle daily front-desk operations, phone inquiries, and essential patient follow-ups.
Brand Advocacy: Actively drive online growth by inviting satisfied guests to share their reviews for The Dental Spa.
What We Are Looking For
White-Glove Standards: Immaculate professional presentation, polished communication, and an eye for luxury retail detail.
Hospitality Heart: Proven experience in luxury hospitality, high-end spas, fine dining, or premium concierge services.
Punctuality Experts: Elite organizational skills to maintain schedule flow without making guests feel rushed.
Tech Savvy: Ability to learn dental scheduling software and manage digital administrative tasks efficiently.
Schedule & Compensation
Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
Flexibility: Adaptable hours required to suit the daily flow of the dental schedule.
