Managing General Dentist
Full-Time Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and patient-focused Managing General Dentist to join our growing practice. This position combines clinical excellence with leadership responsibilities, offering the opportunity to influence the success of the practice while delivering outstanding dental care.
As the clinical leader, you will work closely with the management team to support practice growth, mentor providers, and ensure an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental care and treatment planning for patients
Lead by example through exceptional clinical skills and patient communication
Mentor associate dentists and support the development of clinical team members
Partner with office leadership to achieve production, collection, and patient satisfaction goals
Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
Promote a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture
Support the implementation of clinical systems and best practices
Help drive practice growth through excellent patient care and treatment acceptance
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active dental license in good standing
Strong clinical skills in comprehensive dentistry
Previous leadership or management experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and develop team members
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
