Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Massage Store Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, manage appointments, and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires strong administrative skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in medical or dental office settings is a plus, along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
Manage appointment scheduling using booking software and maintain accurate records
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls as needed
Handle data entry tasks accurately, including client information and billing details
Maintain organized filing systems for client records and administrative documents
Support front desk operations by managing walk-in clients and inquiries
Utilize QuickBooks and other office software for bookkeeping and billing purposes
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
Provide excellent customer support by addressing client questions and concerns professionally
Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
Strong computer skills including data entry, filing, and document management
Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred, especially in medical or dental offices
Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Attention to detail for proofreading and data accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
Excellent typing speed and organizational skills to manage busy front desk operations
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
