Med Spa Receptionist/Client Coordinator
We are currently looking to hire a professional and dedicated Med Spa Receptionist. This position is multi-faceted and requires a high degree of skill in client service, communication, administration, and sales. As a Client Coordinator, your primary role is to greet each client with an elevated level of service and personalized attention. Spa Coordinators are meticulous and detail oriented, able to book appointments with accuracy, have the communication skills necessary to articulate all spa offerings, and have the multi-tasking skills to ensure the spa environment is clean, tidy, and welcoming.
Specific Responsibilities:
-Answer Phones during business hours.
-Greet clients in a friendly manner from check in to check out.
-Explain Products, Services, and Treatments.
-Book appointments accurately/efficiently utilizing reservation software.
-Mediate and resolve client issues.
-Sell and stock retail products.
-Perform administrative tasks necessary for the spa’s day to day operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years in customer service. Experience in the med spa industry or a related industry experience preferred. OBGYN experience a plus
- Able to memorize and understand treatment modalities, including lasers, cosmetic injectables, body contouring procedures, and skin care.
- Enjoys teamwork, takes initiative and reliable.
- Have a thorough knowledge of computer and scheduling systems. (Aesthetics Pro / Athena is a plus)
- Strong ability to multitask.
Must pass background check and drug screen.
Our compensation includes a competitive wage, health benefits, paid time off, and commission sales.
We are open 5 days a week.
