Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the face of our med spa. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.

Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage bookings
Process payments and handle basic administrative tasks
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
Provide information about spa services and products
Assist with client intake forms and ensure proper documentation
Support the team with other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
Bilingual English and Spanish
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferably in a spa, salon, or medical office)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional and polished appearance
Passion for skincare, wellness, and aesthetics (preferred)
