BodyLase continues to grow and we are looking for another full-time Spa Concierge to join our BodyLase Family in Raleigh. We are looking for an energetic, professional teammate with excellent communication skills, a passion to deliver world-class service, and a love for working on a variety of tasks.

Requirements:
High School Diploma
At least 1 year of experience in Guest and/or Retail service
Schedule Flexibility
Full-time evening and Saturday availability (This is a full-time year-round postion)
Passion for the Beauty Industry
Preferred but not required:
Experience with Meevo Software
Experience working at a Medical Spa
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Scheduling & rescheduling appointments
Checking clients in/out accordingly
Answering phones
Managing rewards programs & EMR records
Administrative tasks including obtaining consents, scanning documents, and uploading client files
Answering client questions & educating them on treatments and products
Responsible for opening/closing, spa cleanliness & overall appearance
Participate in team effort to manage & meet spa goals
