Job Description
Come join our team of experienced Health Care Professionals. We are looking for an experienced medical administrative assistant. As the primary and first contact for our patients, we are looking for a friendly and efficient medical office receptionist to keep our office running smoothly. This is a full-time position with a start date of April 20th, 2026. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming environment.
Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records using Jane.
Handle multi-line phone systems professionally to answer inquiries and direct calls.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and billing.
Ensure the front desk area remains organized and tidy.
Support the team with other clerical duties as needed.
Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in medical office administration or as a front desk receptionist.
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently.
Previous experience with Jane is a bonus
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
A positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
