Job Opportunity: Full-Time Medical Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
Location: Maritime Sleep Clinic – Charlottetown, PEI
Maritime Sleep Clinic is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Medical AdministrativeAssist ant / Receptionist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, patient-focused individual to become the first point of contact for our patients in our Summerside location.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and manage incoming phone calls
Process patient billing and prepare insurance claim forms
Prepare and send outgoing mail
Provide general administrative support as needed
Maintain a positive, patient-centered approach and support a welcoming environment
Qualifications:
Diploma in Office Administration or 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to manage shifting priorities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Compensation:
Salary based on experience
Job Type:
Full-time, Monday to Friday
8-hour shifts
On-site (Charlottetown location)
