Job Description
Bilingual P/T Medical Office Receptionist - Bilingual P/T Dental Office Receptionist
Bilingual P/T Medical Receptionist - Bilingual P/T Dental Receptionist
21 hours per week/Saturdays required.
Candidate wanted for friendly, ultra-clean, multi practice facility in Lindenhurst, NY (Long Island).
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
Must possess a pleasant/professional appearance and speaking voice.
Should be detailed oriented and dependable.
Tasks: Schedule/cancel appointments, collect payments, file, communicate with professionals, patients, and other offices. The candidate will ask COVID-19 screening questions to patients.
Some computer knowledge of patient management software preferred, computer knowledge mandatory.
Receptionist experience preferred.
Competitive compensation, excellent benefits and retirement package offered. Paid vacation, holidays and time off.
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
