Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–4:15 PM

We're looking for a polished, organized, and enthusiastic Medical Front Desk Concierge to be the welcoming face of our practice. This is more than a traditional receptionist role—you'll create exceptional first impressions, coordinate patient care, support our providers, and help ensure every patient receives a seamless, five-star experience.

Position Overview:
As our Medical Front Desk Concierge, you'll serve as the first and last point of contact for patients. You'll oversee scheduling, patient registration, financial transactions, and daily front office operations while providing concierge-level service that reflects Newvue Medical's commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Experience:
Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and personalized service
Create a welcoming, concierge-style experience from check-in through check-out
Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and required paperwork
Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Scheduling & Patient Coordination:
Schedule consultations, follow-up appointments, and treatments for our plastic surgery, bariatric surgery, dermatology, aesthetics, and wellness providers
Optimize provider schedules while minimizing gaps
Manage appointment confirmations, cancellations, waitlists, and move-up lists
Respond promptly to new patient inquiries and referrals
Re-engage canceled appointments through phone and text outreach
Financial Responsibilities:
Collect copays, consultation fees, outstanding balances, procedure payments, and surgical deposits
Process retail skincare and product purchases
Upload signed financial agreements and surgical quotes
Balance daily transactions accurately
Administrative Support:
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism
Process incoming faxes and electronic documentation
Organize patient photographs and electronic medical records
Assist with patient surveys and medical records requests
Support providers and clinical staff with administrative needs
Office Operations:
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Stock coffee station, lobby amenities, and office supplies
Assist with inventory, laundry, dishwasher, and general office upkeep
Complete daily opening and closing procedures
Help keep the practice running efficiently
Practice Growth:
Educate patients on provider recommendations, products, and treatment options
Support patient retention through exceptional service and follow-up
Help create an outstanding experience that encourages referrals and long-term relationships
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of medical front office, medical receptionist, or patient-facing customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Comfortable handling financial transactions
Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, aesthetics, bariatric surgery, cosmetics, or other specialty medical practices
Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) or another electronic medical record (EMR) system
Hospitality, luxury retail, hotel, or concierge customer service experience
Knowledge of medical scheduling and insurance verification
Bilingual in Korean and English is highly preferred to support communication with our diverse patient community.
Bilingual candidates (Korean/English) are highly encouraged to apply.
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
