Immediately seeking a front desk receptionist for our busy 4 doctor podiatry clinic in Lees Summit, Missouri. We also have an office in Belton, candidate will need to be flexible if that office needs help. This candidate should be able to work 8:15-5:00 M-F and 7:00-3:00 on Friday's. Ideal candidate will be dependable, friendly, out-going, able to multitask and comfortable talking to patients about their balances.
Responsibilities:
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Checking patients in and out of their appointments
Assist patients with new paperwork and insurance
Maintain office cleanliness
Bonus opportunities
