Job Description
Seeking a reliable medical receptionist for a busy Endoscopy Center in Mesa, AZ. Must have excellent time management. We have the most amazing team here, so we want someone that is upbeat and friendly! Good vibes only please :)
At least one year experience as a medical receptionist preferred.
4 ten hour shifts. Shifts will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 6am-4pm with occasional Saturday hours (once per month, rotating between staff).
Some duties include:
Entering patient information into Electronic Medical Record
Checking in patients
Answering phone calls
Verifying insurance benefits
Collecting payments
Preparing and Scanning Charts
