Medical Front Desk Receptionist

Medical Front Office Receptionist / Must be Bilingual in Spanish

Responsibilities include:

- Answering phones & directing calls;
· Checking patients in and out;
· Obtaining necessary patient information to file and update patient records, and ensuring all forms and consents are completed by patients;
· Scheduling follow up appointments;

- Insurance verification and tracking deductibles;
· Collection of co-payments;

- General office responsibilities.

Qualifications:
· Previous medical front office experience is a must;

- Experience with AdvancedMD is preferred;
· Excellent interpersonal skills;
· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and other external parties in a courteous and friendly manner at all times;
· Must be detail-oriented and highly organized;
· Have a firm grasp on administrative processes; and
· Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Salary based on experience
