Medical Front Desk Receptionist

Come join a dynamic team in a beautiful, modern, cutting edge plastic surgery office. The front desk receptionist should have an energetic personality and be able to provide an amazing customer service experience to our clients. Must have a high school degree and a minimum of 1 year experience in a medical office.

Responsibilities include: Answering all phone calls and triaging to appropriate parties and/or scheduling appointments in our Electronic Medical Record. Greeting clients and checking in for appointments and assisting with intake documents, checking patients out of appointment, collecting co-pays and other fees, keeping waiting room organized, maintaining inventory of office products, relieving other staff as necessary, and other duties as needed.

Read, write, communicate and present a neat professional appearance.

Create a good impression as a friendly, empathetic, composed and efficient individual, as this position has the first contact — phone or face to face — with the patient.

Demonstrate reliability, a pleasant attitude and a willingness to perform the duties as required.

Maintain and comply with patient confidentiality and integrity policy on all matters.
