Front Office Receptionist
Texas TMJ Sleep & Facial Pain — Southlake, TX
We're a specialist practice focused on orofacial pain, TMJ, and dental sleep medicine — and we're looking for a friendly, organized front office receptionist to be the first face our patients see. If you're someone who takes initiative, stays calm in a busy environment, and genuinely enjoys helping people, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll do
Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out
Answer phones, respond to voicemails and emails promptly
Schedule and confirm appointments to keep the day running smoothly
Coordinate patient referrals to and from our office
Collect and update patient demographics and insurance information
Handle billing, patient charges, and third-party insurance claims
Maintain office supplies and coordinate equipment service when needed
Support clinical staff and help keep treatment rooms tidy as needed
Uphold HIPAA standards and maintain patient confidentiality
What we're looking for
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree a plus
Prior experience in a medical or dental office preferred (but not required)
Bilingual in Spanish is a big plus
Comfortable with EMR/EHR systems, or eager to learn
Strong communicator — clear, professional, and personable
Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Positive attitude and a genuine care for patients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
