We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated, full-time Front Office Team Member to join our vibrant neurology clinic. We are looking for experienced candidates who reside in the East Frisco, McKinney, Plano, or Little Elm areas.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least one year in a medical front office role with a consistent employment history.
Skills: Proficiency in basic medical terminology, impeccable grammar and spelling, accuracy, and professionalism.
Language: Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
Attributes: Punctuality, dedication, quick learning, effective multitasking, and a positive attitude. Knowledge of eClinicalWorks is a plus.

Appointment scheduling
Payment collection
Handling high call volume
