Responsibilities
Greet residents, visitors, and healthcare professionals with a friendly, professional demeanor at the front desk.
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, appointment scheduling, and emergency calls promptly.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
Schedule medical appointments, coordinate transportation, and follow up on care plans as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies to keep the clinic running smoothly.
Support medical staff by preparing documentation, verifying insurance information, and processing billing or claims.
Ensure all office operations adhere to health and safety standards while fostering a positive environment for residents and staff.
Requirements
Proven experience working in a medical or dental office setting, with familiarity using electronic medical records systems.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology to accurately communicate clinical information.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in medical office administration is highly desirable.
Demonstrated proficiency in office experience including front desk duties and handling multi-line phone systems.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with residents, healthcare providers, and team members.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
