We're looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Medical Office Assistant / Receptionist to join our growing boutique clinic. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play an essential role in creating a welcoming, professional, and seamless experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Our clinic takes an integrative, evidence-based approach to healthcare, combining advanced diagnostics, preventative medicine, and personalized care to help our clients optimize their health, improve longevity, and live healthier lives.

What You'll Do
You'll be a key member of our administrative team, helping ensure the clinic runs efficiently while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Your responsibilities will include:
Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries
Schedule and coordinate appointments for practitioners and clients
Maintain accurate patient records using our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
Assist with client registration, intake, and documentation
Coordinate daily clinic operations and administrative workflows
Monitor and order medical and office supplies
Support physicians and the operations team with administrative tasks
Assist with additional clinic projects and responsibilities as needed

Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
Post-secondary education in Medical Office Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Working knowledge of medical terminology
Strong computer skills and confidence learning new software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with any of the following is considered an asset:

Full-time, permanent
Monday to Friday
Day shift (8-hour shifts)
Location
This is an in-person position based in Etobicoke, Ontario. Applicants must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to their start date.
