Medical Office Receptionist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the facility and assist them with the check-in process.

Answer phone calls promptly, providing excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.

Maintain patient records accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with privacy regulations.

Utilize medical software such as Meditech and Medisys for patient management, appointment scheduling, and billing processes.

Assist with tasks such as filing, scanning and maintaining office supplies.

Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers.

Skills
Strong phone etiquette to ensure professional communication with patients.

Experience using Meditech software is highly desirable.

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is advantageous.
