Medical Office Receptionist Ophthalmology

We have an excellent opportunity for our next amazing team member! Our ophthalmic care team is in need of a receptionist to be a fantastic first impression of our practice via phone! This individual with primarily be responsible for answering incoming patient, and referring physician, phone calls along with scheduling patient appointments.

We are looking for the following minimum requirements:
2-5 Years Experience in Customer Service
1+ Year(s) Scheduling Experience
Strong Multi-Tasking Ability
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Ophthalmology office Experience a Plus
Bilingual a Plus
Experience with Nextgen a Plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
