Job Description
Come join our team of experienced Health Care Professionals. We are looking for an experienced medical office receptionist. As the primary and first contact for our patients, we are looking for a friendly and efficient medical office receptionist to keep our office running smoothly. This is a full-time position with a start date of July 20th, 2026. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for obtaining payments/scheduling and customer service
Reports to Clinic Administrator and Health Services Manager
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
Project work
Extensive work with third party payors including WSIB, DVA, extended health, auto insurers
Skills and Experience:
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good computer skills, EMR experience is an asset
Punctuality
Willingness to learn and apply new skills
Ability to work with other Health Care professionals to provide the highest standard of care and an excellent patient experience
Experience is an asset
