About us
Neuropsychological Services of New Mexico.
Friendly, fast growing practice is looking for a full-time front desk associate. Previous medical office experience and basic office skills are required. Must have excellent customer service skills, as well as ability to multi-task, detail oriented and a team player. Salary DOE and ranges from $20-$32/hr. Please attach resume when responding.
Job duties included but are not limited to:
Greeting patients;
Answering phone line;
Scheduling appointments;
Patient mailings;
Checking patients in and out;
Taking payments and reviewing accounts receivable;
Verifying insurance benefits/billing;
Scanning, copying, managing office supplies, organizing,
Assisting patients with forms and programmatic questions.
Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm .
