Job Description
Busy Medical Practice seeking experienced Medical Front Desk Receptionist. Frindly indivduel with a passion for beauty and the healthcare industry, Where your professionalism and cosmetic flair will shine! . .* Medical Office Experience Required. (Bilingual English,Spanish)*
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
_ Updating Patients records, including personal information and billing data
- Collecting patient copayments
-Schedule appointments for patients
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Handle mail and packages
- Provide general support to visitors, clients, and staff members
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Medical office in a receptionist role required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents or correspondence
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Computer literacy with knowledge of basic office equipment
