About the Practice
Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Medical Receptionist to join our team as the first point of contact for our patients.
Come grow with us at our brand-new facility at the Rock Row Medical Campus in Westbrook, ME!
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and assisting patients at check-in and check-out
Verifying and entering demographics
Verifying insurance coverage and collecting co-pays and other payments
Other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Excellent phone and face to face communication skills
Prior experience in a medical office
Detail oriented
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Flexibility to work additional hours to cover absences and vacations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.50 - $21.50 per hour

We also operate a clinic in North Conway, NH.
