Job Responsibilities
Welcoming patients as they arrive. You often serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, so a friendly welcoming demeanor is essential for creating a positive impression.
Answering calls in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
Address patients questions and concerns while providing excellent customer service.
Explain financial obligations to the patients or responsible parties and collect co-pays and balances as required.
Verify patients’ insurance eligibility
Maintain up to date information in patient accounts
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Ability to discern when to escalate a situation to supervisor
