Medical Receptionist
Location: Puyallup, WA
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour (DOE)

What You'll Do
As our Medical Receptionist, you'll help create a positive experience for every patient from the moment they walk through the door.
Your responsibilities include:
Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion
Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling and general questions
Schedule appointments and coordinate provider calendars
Verify insurance information and collect co-pays
Check patients in and out efficiently while maintaining accurate records
Communicate appointment reminders and pre-procedure instructions
Maintain an organized, professional front office environment
Protect patient privacy by following HIPAA guidelines
Work closely with providers and clinical staff to keep the day running smoothly

Qualifications:
Previous medical reception or healthcare office experience preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment
Comfortable working with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and standard computer applications
Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to work as part of a team
