Medical Receptionist

Fox Pediatrics is seeking a warm, organized, and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our team. We are a busy and friendly pediatric practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care. The best fit for this position is a self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and can work independently. Excellent communication and organizational skills are critical in prioritizing tasks while providing parents with a positive experience.

Duties:
Greet patients and families with a friendly and professional demeanor
Sort and forward incoming messages, mail, and faxes
Answer phones, schedule patients, and manage patient inquiries
Check patients in and out, and verify demographic and insurance information
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Collect and post patient payments
Handle general administrative and clerical duties

Required:
2+ years Medical Receptionist experience

Proficient typing ability
