Job Description

If so, we are looking for you to be a part of our receptionist team at our Valley Immediate Care clinics.

This is a full-time position working 9–12-hour shifts. Schedules are based on clinic staffing needs and will include weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Skills
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. computers, fax machines and printers)
Professional attitude and appearance
written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
For those who prove to be the best, we offer a path to begin training to be a Medical Assistant starting in as little as six months and x-ray training (LXMO) in 18 months.

Eligibility for MA training will also have additional requirements.
