Duties & Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
Welcoming patients and family members in order to make them feel welcome and comfortable
Collecting patient paperwork and ensuring it is correctly filled out.
Setting up and following up on patient appointments and paperwork needed
Answering phones and communicating appropriately
Scheduling patient appointments and coordinating care
Entering/Updating patient information in to the computer system
Maintain patient files according to HIPAA rules and regulations
Understanding of Insurance Billing and Insurance Plans
Work in a team environment'
Work Remotely - No
Salary Range is based on years of experience.
