We are a group that works hard and likes to have fun. We have regular social outings, a staff room full of coffee, tea and snacks (for those much needed pick me ups throughout the day), and regular staff meetings with lunch provided.
We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team. You will be responsible for; helping to open and close the office, booking specialty clinics, answering phones, booking appointments into Telus PSS, payment processing, notifying patients of appointments, referral tracking, health card validation etc. If you have great customer service skills along with patience for a very demanding environment we want to hear from you!
