Front Office Medical Receptionist Position Details
Location: Covina, CA
Compensation: $21-$22 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Front Office Medical Receptionist Responsibilities
Greeting patients
Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures
Answer & handle incoming calls and assist with appointment scheduling
Confirm upcoming appointments and communicate with patients regarding scheduling needs
Verify insurance eligibility and update patient demographic information
Assist with patient registration and front office workflow
Front Office Medical Receptionist Qualifications
At least 1 year of medical receptionist, healthcare front office, or patient scheduling experience; previous experience in cardiology, specialty care, or physician practice settings is a plus
Experience with EPIC EMR strongly preferred
