Requirements
Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist working with medical insurance is preferred.
Familiarity with medical billing insurance processes and insurance verification is highly desirable.
Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills are essential for interacting with patients and staff.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
