Medical Receptionist

As a Medical Receptionist at AFC Physical Medicine of Mesa your work can have Purpose. You will be the caring individual connecting with our patients and giving them access to the help they are seeking, allowing them to get out of pain and back to functional & optimal living!

Typical activities include the following:
Greeting patients and providing check-in & out services, including the collection of monies due
Assisting patients and scheduling appropriate appointments for multiple providers
Entering patient demographics and necessary information into the patient chart
Completing patient reactivation and follow up phone calls
Miscellaneous office duties, including scanning
You are most likely a fit if …
You have 1+ year experience working in a medical or chiropractic office
You are able to do basic math computations, including providing change when a patient pays in cash
You can confidently engage with patients helping them access solutions to their healthcare needs
You have Integrity - commitment to maintaining consistent attendance, to stay organized and pay attention to the details.

You utilize Creativity - thinking outside the box and combining innovation, humor, and originality to provide a WOW experience for all!
