Medical Receptionist:
Overview: We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support in a medical setting, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient care.
Responsibilities: - Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner - Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently - Handle phone calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel - Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality - Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely patient flow - Process billing and insurance information - Assist with various administrative tasks to support the clinic's operations
