Job Description
Ophthalmology NJ, LLC. located at 400 Valley Road, Suite 106 Mt. Arlington, NJ 07856.
Full time front desk receptionist needed for busy Ophthalmology practice in Mt. Arlington, NJ. Ideal candidate would have strong customer service skills, reliable, ability to multitask, flexible team player who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. Experience with Ophthalmology a plus but not mandatory. Duties would include: Answering multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, check patient in/out, collect co-pays and/or patient balances, and post billing to patient accounts. Must have experience with EMR and Insurance verifications. Some evening and Saturday hours required. Salary commensurate with skills and experience. Health benefits, Dental benefits, 401K and 401K match available.
