Overview
OrthoLazer Orthopedic Wellness Center provides an innovative, drug-free, and non-invasive solution for managing acute and chronic musculoskleletal conditions. As a medical receptionist you will be the first point of contact for patients, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment, supporting patient care, and ensuring smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities
Build rapport with patients, showing genuine care for their healing journey
Educate patients about laser therapy, its benefits, and treatment processes
Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role with knowledge of anatomy
Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and clear communication abilities.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation review, processing payments and accurate data entry.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
