Monday -Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our medical practice, Complete Wound Care LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a professional manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, data entry, and document preparation
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
-check patient's in and out
-verify insurance eligibility
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in computerized systems for scheduling and managing appointments
- Experience working in a medical office or similar healthcare setting is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in an administrative role
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in proofreading documents for accuracy
- Knowledge of clerical duties and office management tasks
-must be willing to cover office locations as needed
-must have basic insurance knowledge
