About us
Bee Healthy Pediatrics is a pediatric practice in Las Cruces, NM. We are fast-paced, supportive and fun and love getting to know our staff and patients.
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate team member to help support our medical team and patients. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience working in a medical office, has a strong commitment to customer care, and is capable of handling both administrative and multi-tasking. The successful candidate for this position will enjoy working with a group of highly skilled individuals who are committed to supporting the needs of our patients. SPANISH preferred.
Responsibilities:
Effectively and professionally communicate with patients/parents, providers and other medical personnel.
Welcoming patients and visitors, answering the telephone and answering any inquiries.
Receive and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, check in patients, and ensure forms are completed by patients.
Must be proficient typer, have good computer skills and quick learner of EMR systems.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background screening.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
