Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors, as well as performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the medical office.
Answer a multi-line phone system
Verify insurances
Schedule appointments
Send medical records out daily
Translate for Spanish speaking patients (REQUIRED)
Handle incoming faxes and patient requests
Scan all documents
Follow up on claim denials
Experience with Allscripts PRO is a plus
