Job Description
Well established, busy ENT practice searching for a motivated individual to serve as full time medical office receptionist. Duties include but are not limited to greeting patients, verifying demographics, updating insurance information, posting charges and payments, working in the call center, and general office duties. Applicant must have the ability to prioritize and use sound judgement. Recent experience in a medical office is preferred. Must have an understanding of medical insurance, medical terminology, scheduling, and phone triage. EMR experience is preferred.
Associated Otolaryngologists of PA has three office locations (Camp Hill, Hershey, and Carlisle, PA). The candidate must be willing to work in both the Camp Hill and Hershey offices.
