Greet patients
Check in/out appointments
Answer multi-line phones and direct messages to other staff, physicians and nurses
Update patient personal and insurance information
Verify insurance coverage/prior authorizations
Collect copays and fees
Assist with medical records and HIPPA compliance
Experience with Availity and EMR skills
Must be able to multi task in a fast paced setting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
