Medical Receptionist and Scheduler

Medical Specialty office seeks to hire a front office receptionist/scheduler. We are looking for that special person who feels comfortable being the face of our practice. This is a Monday-Friday 38-40 hour week. Primary duties include but not limited to: meet/greet patients, check-in & check-out patients, schedule appointments, answer and direct multiple phone lines, take accurate phone messages, take co-pays & payments, have strong computer skills. NextGen experience is highly desirable. This person must be bilingual in Spanish and have excellent communication skills to be able to interact with patients, doctors and staff on a professional level. Customer service must rank high and come naturally. Must be able to abide by HIPAA Confidentiality and Security standards.
