Receptionist
Join Our Growing Team!
Meramec Dermatology is looking for an enthusiastic and personable Receptionist to join our growing dermatology practice in Arnold, MO! We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional patient experience while fostering a friendly, supportive, and positive workplace.

What You’ll Do
Welcome and assist patients with a friendly, professional attitude
Answer incoming telephone calls and schedule patient appointments
Assist with insurance verification and other front-office tasks
Protect patient privacy and comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and other applicable healthcare regulations
Support the team with additional administrative and office duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills in English
Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent patient care
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Comfortable receiving and applying constructive feedback
Ability to stay organized and professional in a busy healthcare environment
Schedule
Monday–Friday | 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule with no weekends required!
