Job Description
We’re seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Receptionist to join our team! Under the direction of the Office Manager, this role handles patient registration, insurance verification, scheduling, and front desk support while ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients, assist with paperwork, and verify insurance (HMO, PPO, Medi-Cal, Medicare).
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and direct patients to the correct areas.
Maintain accurate patient records and clear communication with staff and providers.
Ensure a welcoming and professional reception area.
Qualifications:
Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
Previous medical office experience preferred.
Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.
Knowledge of insurance verification and basic office equipment.
