Medical Receptionist

Medical Receptionist – Full-Time
We're looking for a friendly, organized Medical Receptionist to join our clinic team full-time. You'll be the first point of contact for patients, so a warm, professional manner and strong communication skills matter most — prior front-desk or reception experience (medical or otherwise) is an asset, but not required.

Responsibilities:
Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Maintain patient records and confidentiality
Handle basic administrative tasks
Coordinate with clinical staff to keep the day running smoothly
What we're looking for:
Reception or customer service experience (medical office experience a plus)
Comfortable with computers and EMR software (Oscar or similar)
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
Friendly, patient-focused attitude

Full-time hours (M-F 8:45am - 5pm)

Starting $21 per hour, benefits and vacation after 3 months probation
Prior knowledge of the Oscar EMR system is an asset. This is a permanent position, please consider your future endeavours and only apply if you are committed to a long term position.
