Longevity Health Institute (LHI) is a membership-based, concierge functional medicine and wellness practice dedicated to transforming lives—not rushing patients through appointments. We are seeking a Concierge Wellness Support Specialist to assist our high-level concierge programs and support our growing membership community. This role is ideal for someone who loves people, communicates beautifully, and wants to be part of a mission-driven practice redefining healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
This role supports our concierge membership programs and daily office operations, including:
Delivering an exceptional member and patient experience at every touchpoint
Answering phones, texts, and messages with warmth, clarity, and timeliness
Scheduling appointments and coordinating referrals within the practice
Supporting concierge members with a high-level, personalized approach
Verifying and maintaining accurate patient demographic information
Collecting payments for services and membership programs
EMR documentation and administrative support
Shipping, mailing, and office coordination tasks
Creating and maintaining spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
Collaborating closely with clinical, concierge, and leadership teams
Job Type: Full-time
