We are a patient-focused Pulmonary and Sleep office dedicated to providing compassionate, efficient, and high-quality healthcare services. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors.

Position Summary
The Medical Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, verifying insurance information, and supporting the daily administrative functions of the office.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
Collect co-pays and process payments
Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Coordinate with medical staff regarding patient needs and scheduling
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bilingual required
Previous receptionist, front desk, or medical office experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and phone system proficiency
Professional appearance and demeanor
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
