Job Description
Are you someone dedicated to providing amazing customer care in a medical environment? Are you reliable, friendly, and have great problem-solving skills? If yes, Keystone Health is currently searching for a receptionist with these traits for our growing team.
Keystone Health, located in Eagle, has been Idaho's leading house call provider since 2013. Our specialized providers and team visit patients who are homebound or unable to travel to a clinic. Keystone’s unique approach to patient care requires the support of a strong administrative team who shares the dedication to creating excellent patient experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
-Answer and direct incoming calls
-Processes incoming/outgoing correspondence with patients, facilities, labs, and providers
-Manage incoming faxes
-Updating accurate patient files
-Administrative and team support
-Monday-Friday
-8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
-No Weekends
-No Holidays
-No On-Call
