Job Description
Seeking to hire someone to effectively manage patient referrals and streamline communication, a referral coordinator should focus on the following responsibilities:
Process and track patient referrals to ensure timely appointments.
Maintain accurate records of referrals and follow-up actions.
Collaborate with clinical staff to prioritize urgent referrals.
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Scan documents and other duties assigned
Check in patients when needed
Able to work at a fast pace and multitask
Must be able to travel offices when needed
Bilingual in Spanish/English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20,800.00 - $27,000.00 per year
